Timothy COSTELLOE is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and Director of the Office of International Cooperation at Paragon International University. Mr. Costelloe received his bachelor’s degree in History from Victoria University of Wellington (New Zealand), a Master of Management with Distinction (1st class honors) from Massey University (New Zealand) majoring in Management and Communications, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in Economics, researching International Economic and Legal Policy.
Mr. Costelloe has more than 30 years of experience in operations management and compliance management, both in the public and private sectors, including work for international intergovernmental organizations and national authorities. Mr. Costelloe is a vetted compliance expert affiliated with the International Monitoring, Control and Surveillance Network, Washington DC, and has professional experience as a senior official representing the national governments of a small island state as head of the delegation to international fisheries management bodies, including the UN FAO Council of Fisheries, FAO steering committees, and regional fisheries management organizations.
