Timothy Costelloe is a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, having returned to campus in February 2020. He is also the Director of International Cooperation here at Paragon and has an extensive background in managing people in small and large organizations in a number of countries in the Asia-Pacific region. His research interests lie in human capacity development and international trade law and negotiations. At Paragon IU Timothy teaches Business and International Trade subjects, and in his spare time he enjoys spending time with family, playing music and watching old TV shows.
