Students at Paragon International University have access to study at a number of top-flight universities in the Asia-Pacific Region in a number of ways, with the full backing and support from our academic and administrative staff, and our Office of International Cooperation.
Successful performance in the first 1-2 years of study here at Paragon IU opens up opportunities for students to win exchange scholarships for a semester or an academic year at a range of universities abroad with full credit of overseas study towards a Paragon IU degree.
Exchange scholarships are currently active with cooperation from Hunan University (China), Solbridge International School of Business (Korea), Shih Chien University (Taiwan), and the University of the Philippines Diliman.
Exchange placements and scholarships are also possible at American University and Salem State University in the USA, Canadore College in Canada, Chiang Mai University and King Mongkut University of Technology in Thailand, Hankuk University (Korea), Liaoning University (China), Shih Chien University (Taiwan) and President University (Indonesia).
2+2 study programs allow students to begin their undergraduate degree at Paragon IU and complete their degree in Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, South Korea and China with degree credit and qualifications from both Paragon IU and our partner universities by credit transfer and dual degrees. 2+2 means 2 years at Paragon IU and then 2 years at university abroad to finish an undergraduate degree. This option is currently available from Mahidol University (Thailand), Solbridge School of Business (Korea), Southern University of Science and Technology (China), and Shih Chien University (Taiwan – 2+2 and 3+1).
We are also in the final stages of agreement with the Petronas University of Technology in Malaysia for a new 1+3 arrangement for degrees in Information and Computer Technologies.
Paragon IU operates a Foundation Studies program in conjunction with the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology (RMIT), Australia to prepare students for entry into University in Australia at the undergraduate level, with guaranteed acceptance to RMIT on completion of a one-year course.
Paragon IU supports students into postgraduate study abroad, supporting individual applications from outstanding students to prestigious overseas universities, such as Columbia University, University of Melbourne, Peking University and New York University (NYU), among others.
We are also support our alumni into graduate scholarships, placements and exchanges to study MBA and Master Degree subjects at Solbridge International School of Business and Hunan University among others.
