Scholarships

Paragon International University offers scholarships to students enrolling in undergraduate and graduate programs. The scholarships provided are tuition fee scholarships which will cover full years of the studies programs. Transfer students are not eligible to apply for scholarships. Please, read the information below for the types of scholarships, eligibility, and procedures.

Paragon.U Scholarships

Students who passed the high school national exam from any academic year or will take it this year can apply for the Paragon International University Scholarship Examination. The Scholarship Examination for the 2023 intake will be conducted online on October 7, 2023.

Eligibility:

  • Students who passed the high school examination or will take it this year

Procedures:

  • Fill out the Scholarship Exam Application Form before the deadline.
  • Pay the exam fee.
  • Check your name on the Scholarship Exam Applicants’ List
  • Take the exam online on the specified date.

* Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an interview by the Reviewing Committee.

Partnership Scholarships

Students who have graduated or will graduate from one of our partner high schools are eligible to apply for our Partnership Scholarship. Number of scholarships, terms and conditions, and Scholarships form and registration could be found at your school’s administrator. Partners of Paragon.U are Paragon International School, NTC Group, SIS International School, and The Westline School.

Eligibility:

  • A registered student and has graduated from one of the high school partners of ParagonU
  • Be selected and nominated by one of the high school partners of ParagonU

Procedures:

  • Apply for ParagonU Partnership Scholarship at your high school
  • Start the Enrollment Procedure at ParagonU after your name has been selected and nominated to ParagonU

National Olympiads Scholarships

Students who passed the high school national exam and are awardees of the National Academic Olympiads ranked from 1 – 10 for Math, Physics, and Khmer Literature categories in the most recent academic year are eligible to receive a full tuition fee scholarship from Paragon International University.

Eligibility:

  • National Academic Olympiads ranked from 1 – 10 for subjects including Math, Physics, and Khmer Literature

Procedures:

  • Provide Proof of the National Academic Olympiads Award to our Staff
  • Start the enrollment processes

Scholarships based on National Exam Grade

Students who passed the high school national exam in the most recent academic year with grades A, B, C, or D may receive varying percentages of tuition fee scholarships based on allocated departmental quota.

Eligibility:

  • Students who passed high school national examination in the most recent academic year with grade A, B, C, or D

Procedures:

  • Specific procedures for this scholarship provision will be updated on Paragon International University Official Facebook page before the Application is Open

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the scholarship exam like?

The Paragon International University Scholarship Exam is a 2-hour long, paper-based, multiple-choice test that measures students’ general ability to succeed in one or more study programs at Paragon International University. There are three exam types: General Reasoning, International Relations, and Physics.
* Applicants interested in any field other than International Relations must take the General Reasoning Exam, which consists of Mathematical Reasoning, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Reasoning questions. This is a two-hour long exam.
* Applicants interested in Civil Engineering additionally take the Physics Exam. This is a one-hour exam.
* Applicants interested in International Relations (regardless of any other interests) must take the International Relations Exam. This is a two-hour long exam. It is only for IR applicants and consists primarily of questions testing general knowledge of current events and history. It also contains a short section on logical reasoning.

Does the scholarship include the registration fee?

The scholarships offered at Paragon International University are discounts that cover only tuition fees, not the registration fee. For example, a student who has earned a 100 % scholarship has to pay only a registration fee every year.

If I miss the Scholarship Examination day, can I take the exam on another date?

No, Paragon International University Scholarship Examinations are administered only once every academic year.

I am an international student. Can I apply for a Paragon International University Scholarship Exam?

Yes, International applicants residing in Cambodia can apply for scholarships via the Scholarship Exam.

Can I still retain my scholarship if I have to study in the English Preparatory Program?

Yes, a tuition fee scholarship is valid for 2 semesters spent at the English preparatory school and 10 semesters spent at the undergraduate program. Notice that the tuition fee scholarship does not include the registration fee.
