Flordeliza P. Poncio graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science at the University of the Cordilleras, Baguio City, Philippines. She finished her Master’s Degree in Information Technology majoring in Enterprise Systems at the same university through the Faculty Development Program, a Scholarship granted by the Commission on Higher Education. She is also a Licensed Professional Teacher with a major in Mathematics. Her research interests are focused on eLearning, eCommerce, Data Mining, Text Analysis and Mining, and Business Intelligence. Currently, she is a faculty member of the Department of Information and Communication Technologies at Paragon International University, Cambodia.
