It is with great honor and humility that I begin my tenure as Rector of Paragon International University. I am deeply committed to building upon the strong foundation laid by our predecessors and the tireless efforts of our faculty, staff, students, and alumni.
Our university has a rich history of nurturing responsible, integrity-driven, and globally minded individuals. We have consistently demonstrated a commitment to discovery, excellence, and our vision of becoming a leading private higher education provider in Cambodia. As we embark on this new chapter, I reaffirm our dedication to these core values and mission.
In the coming term, we are determined to prioritize further internationalization and increased diversity within our campus community. We are actively working to excel as a research university, complementing our renowned high-quality teaching. Every student and employee is an integral part of the Paragon International University family. Together, we will strive to strengthen our ties with alumni, expand our international outreach, and forge new partnerships. Our goal is to elevate Paragon’s reputation in Cambodia and establish it as a well-known brand in the ASEAN region and globally.
We are also pledged to actively contribute to the development of our local community in Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh, and Cambodia as a nation. By working together, we can make a positive impact and create a brighter future for all.
