What is the focus of this program?

The Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Leaderships program is designed to develop practitioners and scholars for work in governmental- and non-governmental institutions, the private sector, and research and educational institutions in Cambodia. The PhD program offers specialized courses in educational leadership that are tailored to the research interests of participants. PhD students are mentored in their study by a multicultural academic team of faculty members and visiting professors.

Program Objectives

PhD in Educational Leaderships graduates will advance their academic and professional careers. They will:

  • Possess specialized knowledge of concepts and theories in educational leadership
  • Demonstrate excellent application of research methods
  • And exhibit open-mindedness, tolerance, self-awareness, and social responsibility.
  • Proactively address issues arising from their roles as scholars, citizens, members of society, and employees or supervisors
  • Act in the interests of Cambodia’s development and the relevant stakeholders in society.
