Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Paragon International University welcomes His Excellency Dr. Som Ratana, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, accompanied by esteemed officials from the Secretariat General of the ๐๐๐.
The purpose of this visit is to conduct a mid-term quality assessment of Paragon International University from July 9 to July 11, 2025.
During this significant visit, Dr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, Rector of Paragon International University, took the opportunity to reaffirm the university’s mission in higher education. He highlighted ParagonU’s ongoing activities aimed at strengthening educational quality across the institution and the entire Cambodian higher education sector.
