Paragon International University Signs MOUs with Zion International School of Phnom Penh (ZISPP)

Phnom Penh, Cambodia – On Thursday, 12th June 2025, we proudly marked an exciting new chapter with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Zion International School of Phnom Penh.

The agreement was formally signed between Paragon International University’s Rector, Mr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, and Mr. Scott Balliet, Vice Director of ZISPP.

This significant partnership is set to establish a truly mutually beneficial collaboration, offering tuition scholarships from Paragon International University to ZISPP students and joint academic activities.

Furthermore, we also coordinated the Campus Tour 2025, an immersive program designed to offer prospective students a glimpse into university life at Paragon International University. Participants had the invaluable opportunity to not only gain deep insights into various aspects of student living but also to thoroughly explore and understand the diverse major fields of study available.
