Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Paragon International University (ParagonU) is proud to announce the successful renewal of its Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF). This marks a significant milestone following years of collaboration.
The agreement was formally signed between Paragon International University’s Rector, Mr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, and Mr. Visal Sou, CEO of The Institute of Banking and Finance.
Coming from two educational institutions, this partnership reflects a shared commitment to strengthening Cambodia’s financial sector through capacity building and professional development among our students and staff. Furthermore, this initiative significantly broadens opportunities for students to gain practical exposure and explore the financial sector beyond classroom learning.
This renewal ceremony also featured the IBF honor of certificate handover to ParagonU’s students who successfully completed the IBF program with a standard pass mark of 60%.
