Phnom Penh, Cambodia – Paragon International University has announced the continuation of its Rector’s Scholarship Program for the 2025–2026 academic year, offering full and partial scholarships to outstanding students who have demonstrated exceptional talent and achievement through social work, competitions, and community involvement.
The Rector’s Scholarship, first introduced in 2020, aims to recognize and support students who have made meaningful contributions to society and shown excellence in various fields such as arts, music, sports, science, technology, leadership, and social initiatives. The program reflects the university’s commitment to nurturing young Cambodians with high potential and preparing them to become future leaders and innovators.
Applications for the 2025–2026 Rector’s Scholarship are open from 13 October to 23 October 2025. Interested students can apply through the official link available on Paragon International University’s website or visit the university’s Facebook page for more information.
Rector Dr. Bulat Akhemetkarimov reaffirmed the university’s dedication to empowering talented youth through education and opportunity. He emphasized that it reflects the university’s ongoing dedication to providing opportunities for talented and deserving students from diverse backgrounds to further develop their skills and knowledge.
“The Rector’s Scholarship reflects our strong commitment to developing Cambodia’s human resources,” Dr. Bulat said. “We are proud to offer up to 100% scholarships to young people with exceptional potential, those who can become the next generation of leaders, innovators, and contributors to the nation’s future.” He added.
Dr. Bulat added that each year, the university awards scholarships to more than 20 high-achieving students from diverse backgrounds, many of whom have gone on to excel academically and professionally. This rector encouraged qualified candidates to apply and take advantage of the opportunities the program provides.
Applicants are required to submit the necessary documents according to the university’s guidelines, including a high school diploma, academic transcripts, proof of major achievements or awards, letters of recommendation or motivational letter, and evidence of volunteer or social work by photo.

- Faculty of Engineering: Architecture, Industrial Engineering, and Civil Engineering
