The Extension Program is an extra curriculum program where members of the public (including but are not limited to high school graduates, working adults, and students from other universities) are offered the opportunity to take regular sessions of Paragon International University’s daytime courses in the Fall and Spring semesters by applying to the Center for Professional Education (CPE).
After the enrollment period of current Paragon.U students ends, the public may pursue concurrent enrollment if space is available. However, in order to qualify for the courses, it is the responsibility of the prospective student to meet the prerequisites for the course they are interested in.
The cost for the extension program is $300 per unit for undergraduate courses and $350 for graduate courses. Alumni of Paragon.U are entitled to a 20% discount.
Registration can be done at the front desk. If there are available seats for the course, the prospective trainee must pay 50% of the course fee in order to reserve his/her place, as placement in the course is on a first-come, first-served basis. The trainee must pay the remainder of his/her balance by the end of the 8th week of the semester.
Trainees can receive one of two kinds of certificates:
– certificate of participation means that the trainee attended.
– certificate of completion means that the trainee has performed the work and met the requirements for the course.
