Biography

Mr. Sokmeng SOEUN is a lecturer at Paragon International University in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. He is currently a Deputy Head of International Trade and Logistics Department in the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences at Paragon International University.

Mr. Sokmeng SOEUN was born in 1991. He gained his M.A. in Applied Economics, specializing in International Trade from the University of International Business and Economics, in Beijing, China.

His field of work and interest are theory and policy of international trade, monetary policy, human capital in development economics, and logistics operations. He teaches International Economics and Maritime Transportation Management for undergraduate students. In prior to the career as a lecturer, He has years of professional working experience in Shipping and Logistics Industry.
