Ms. Vichera HEANG is the Dean of the Engineering Faculty at Paragon International University, Phnom Penh. She holds a Master’s Degree in Architecture in Turkey and earned two undergraduate degrees in Interior Architecture and English Language in Cambodia.
Throughout her academic journey, Vichera participated in numerous Exchange Programs across various Asian countries, enhancing her knowledge and exposure to different cultures. She then gained practical experience as an interior designer and architect, working on diverse projects in Cambodia.
Transitioning into academia, Vichera established herself as an architecture lecturer at multiple universities in Phnom Penh, sharing her expertise and nurturing aspiring architects. Her research focuses on sustainability and traditional Cambodian houses, aiming to integrate conventional elements into contemporary designs while preserving the cultural heritage of Cambodia.
