Paragon International University’s Master of Arts (MA) program offers professionals in various fields the opportunity to acquire the necessary skills for career growth and leadership development. This program provides an interactive learning environment tailored to the needs of students as well as opportunities for networking with professionals. The core of the program includes leadership, human resource management, marketing, and finance units. The selection of elective courses will provide students with the opportunity to specialize in specific fields of management.

Program Objectives

In particular, the MA program aims to provide its graduates with a strong working knowledge of:

  • The role and function of the manager and the organizational context in which they operate
  • The core disciplines of pedagogy and education leadership, including legal and Ethical Issues in School Leadership, curriculum development, finance, human resource management, marketing, and strategic planning
  • The variety of research methods applicable to the study of business management and leadership
  • The application of strategic thinking to the successful management of organizations, including a critical understanding of the processes of strategic problem-solving and decision-making
