Phnom Penh, Cambodia – On 22 October 2025, Paragon International University hosted a Research Seminar led by Dr. Kashif Hasan Khan, Dean of the School of Graduate Studies and specialist in economic governance and geo-economics. The seminar, titled “Economic Governance,” explored how effective governance shapes both national economies and global financial systems.
