Phnom Penh, Cambodia – On 18th September 2025, Paragon International University is honored to announce the formal signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc., marking a significant milestone in strengthening the collaboration between academia and the financial industry.

The agreement was officially signed between Dr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, Rector of Paragon International University, and Mr. Sheanghai Lao, Division Chief People & Culture Officer of Wing Bank (Cambodia) Plc., formalized the partnership in a brief ceremony attended by faculty, staff, and management from both organizations.
