Paragon International University Signs MoU with Union Commercial Bank (UCB) to Bridge the Gap Between Education and the Financial Sector.

Phnom Penh, Cambodia — On 6th May 2025, Career Center is delighted to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Paragon International University and Union Commercial Bank (UCB). The agreement was formally signed between Paragon International University’s Vice Rector for Student Affairs, Mrs. Sheue Li NG and Union Commercial Bank’s Head of Human Resoucres Mrs. Muyleng Koung.

This MoU marks a new beginning of partnership aimed at fostering academic-industry collaboration to create meaningful opportunities for student development, knowledge exchange, internships, and initiatives new program initiative that would bridge the gap between education and the financial sector.
