Paragon International University is inviting proposals from qualified food service providers to operate canteens at two prime locations in Phnom Penh.

Available Spaces

1. Main Building Canteen – Near TK Avenue

  • Size: 300 m²
  • Facilities: Fully functional kitchen
  • Furniture: Partially furnished (tables, chairs, counters); additional furniture may be added by the tenant
  • Utilities: Water and electricity connections in place
  • Accessibility: Ground floor access with nearby parking and consistent foot traffic from adjacent offices
  • Location Appeal: Situated near TK Avenue, a vibrant commercial hub ideal for attracting both internal building occupants and external customers through dine-in and delivery

2. New Building Canteen – Near Fun Mall

  • Size: 500 m²
  • Facilities: Partially provided kitchen equipment (not installed)
  • Furniture: No counters or furnishings included; tenant responsible for full setup
  • Utilities: Water and electricity connections available
  • Accessibility: Prominent location near the main entrance with high visibility and flexible layout
  • Location Appeal: Located close to Fan Mall, offering exposure to a high-traffic retail zone with excellent potential for delivery and external customer engagement

Operational Requirements

  • Daily food service including halal meals, coffee, and snacks
  • Delivery services permitted
  • Service available to both building occupants and external customers
  • Strict compliance with cleanliness, food safety, and customer service standards
