On 4 March 2025, Paragon International University (ParagonIU) had the honor of welcoming the delegation from Binary University of Malaysia, led by Tan Sri Dato’ Professor Joseph Adaikalam, Chairman and Founder of the university. The delegation was warmly received by Dr. Bulat Akhmetkarimov, Rector of ParagonIU, along with senior university officials.

The visit marked a significant step toward fostering academic collaboration between the two institutions. Both parties engaged in fruitful discussions on potential areas of cooperation, highlighting their respective university histories, academic strengths, and visions for the future.
