Ruben is a postgraduate from the University of Strathclyde, UK with an MSc in Advanced Arch. Studies. He graduated from the National University of Mexico with a BA in Architecture. He also has a postgraduate diploma in Real Estate Management & Finance from the National Technological Autonomous Institute of Mexico.

He has vast experience in the architecture field academically and professionally, having worked as an Architecture and Interior Design lecturer at several universities in different countries. At the same time, he has worked as a design architect at various studios, collaborating in the design, building, and renovation of different kinds of projects such as homes, offices, schools, hotels, etc. Additionally, he worked as a Model Maker, developing broad experience building several kinds of models in a specialist studio for different architectural companies. As well he has been a freelance architect designing and supervising residential and hospitality projects, offices, warehouses, etc. for different studios and individual clients.
