Mr. Phanny ITH joined Paragon International University as Head of the Banking and Finance (BAF) Department and has been appointed as assistant professor within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (EAS).
He obtained the awarded undergraduate and graduate degrees in Mathematics from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP), Finance from the National University of Management (NUM), and TEFL from Western University (WU).
Besides his strong educational background, he has been employed since 2014 in product management and actuarial analysis, business performance, and analytics for financial institutions and one international bank in Cambodia. Furthermore, he has worked since 2009 as a lecturer, a senior lecturer, and assistant to the dean of law and economics and business and tourism as well as having lectured complex analysis, numerical analysis, mathematics for finance and banking, business mathematics, business statistics, econometrics, personal finance, quantitative corporate finance, and risk management for both public and private institutions/universities in Cambodia.
